HCM: Administrator Cannot View Total Rewards Statement Of Terminated Employees (Doc ID 2869722.1)

When an Administrator opens Total Rewards tile and searches for a terminated employee with a statement produced in fluid Total Rewards,  the Administrator is redirected to classic Total Rewards with the following message:  "There are no Total Rewards Statements for your review".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Total Compensation Tile > Total Rewards > Administer Total Compensation
3. search  for a terminated employee
4. {click name link} to view the fluid version of Total Rewards and notice the 'classic' page opens with message
    the  "There are no Total Rewards Statements for your review".
