Block Enroll Does Not Process Student Block or Class Blocks Correctly on a Multi Institution Installation (Doc ID 2869813.1)

Symptoms

When the user attempts to perform the Block Enroll, the application is not limiting Student Blocks and Class Blocks to the respective institution. If Block Enroll is attempted and a same-named Student Block or Class Block exists at a different institution, it will include that block in the Block Enroll. This issue will occur only in a multi instutition installation.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Create Student Block

   1.1 Add a New Value & Enter Academic Institution= PSUNV

   1.2 Enter Student Enrollment Block= SWAP

2. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Create Student Block

   2.1 Add a New Value & Enter Academic Institution= GLAKE

   2.2 Enter Student Enrollment Block= SWAP

3. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Create Class Block

4. Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment > Block Enroll Merge

5. Add New Enrollment Request

6. Enter Class Block & Student Block

7. Click Merge and Then Submit
