Incorrect targetNamespace Schema Being Updated In SCC_ENTITY_CONSTITUENT Entity Message When Run the Schema Sync.

Symptoms
When user attempts to create a new entity view for the constituent and generating the XSD entity schema, SCC_ENTITY_CONSTITUENT entity schema created successfully. Clicking on the Sync Schema button updated the targetNamespace=http://#####.#####.com/Enterprise/HCM/services. However the Integration broker service configuration has http://#######.######.com/Enterprise/Tools/schemas.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Set Up SACR > System Administration > Entity > Entity Registry
2. Add New Entity Registry
3. Select Action= "Generate XSD"
4. Go to Set up SACR > System Administration > Entity > Entity Registry, search for Entity Name Constituent.
5. Click the Sync Schema button.
