Symptoms
Add/Delete buttons on Manage Time Reporter Data fluid page cannot be clicked in the lower half
Steps to Recreate:
1. Login as Manager navigate to MSS > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Manage Time Reporter Data.
2. Search for and select an employee.
3. Using the mouse click on the upper portion of the + button box and it adds a row. However if you allow the mouse to hover over the bottom portion of the + button, it will not add the row.
