E-AD: Chartfield Grid Horizontal Scrollbars Disappear for Some Pages (Doc ID 2871340.1)

Symptoms

Chartfield grid horizontal scrollbars disappear for some pages (ASSET_ENTRY_00 and ASSET_COST_01A) when clicked on it.
When the page is opened, and the cursor is placed on the bottom horizontal scrollbar of these grids to scroll to the right to place the fields in the grid for the retrofit, the scrollbar disappears, making it unable to access the position needed to place the fields or do any formatting or precise placing on the page.
