Goal
When Financial Aid (FA) is reversed, why isn't the net change in the FA posted to the student's account?
As an example:
A student was initially Awarded FA of $15,000. This amount was disbursed and posted to the student's account. Later the FA Award was reduced to $10,000. The original disbursement of $15,000 was reversed and a new Disbursement of $10,000 was sent to Student Financials. When the new FA was posted, two transactions were posted to the student's account. One transaction reversed the full $15,000 and a second transaction posted the new amount of $10,000.
