E-Portal/PN: Performance Impacts From IScript_SSOTester AJAX Calls (Doc ID 2871829.1)

Symptoms

In Portal cluster environment, each iScript_SSOTester AJAX Calls triggered by Push Notification takes a few seconds to load and it causes performance issues.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn on Browser trace.
2. Login to PIA of Portal
3. Observe an iScript_SSOTester AJAX Call to content provider DB taking about a few seconds.
