When attempting to access the manage Pell payment component for a record chosen from the list search page, the component doesn't open, and error messages are instead displayed on the page.
Under the 'Search Criteria' heading near the top of the page, the following message displays:
The issue is specific to only one record, or a small number, while the component works normally for most other records selected. The issue may also be specific to environments running on the Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) platform.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid > Pell Payment > Manage Pell Payment.
- Enter search parameters and click 'search'; choose record from the list (if multiple records are returned based on the chosen parameters).
- Note the errors displayed on the page.
