Symptoms
Servers are hosted in Amazon Web Services. Unified Navigation is setup between Portal and Content Provider databases. When users navigate from Portal to content provider databases, sometimes they get kicked out of system. In PIA_servlet logs, the follow error shows up.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Portal.
2. Navigate on the content provider DB's pages.
3. Experience slowness and kicked out.
Changes
Hosting services are moved to AWS.
