EPY: Payroll Options One Page For the Check Address Option to That of the Beneficiary Does Not Print On the Check (Doc ID 2873854.1)

Symptoms

Update Option 1 (check address) to that of the beneficiary does not print on the check

When payroll needs to generate a check to a beneficiary of a deceased associate, the address where the check needs to be sent is that of the beneficiary and not the address of the associate. When the payroll team goes to Update Payroll Options (in PeopleSoft), then update Option 1 (check address) to that of the beneficiary that address does not print on the check, it reverts back to the associates "home address".


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Payroll Options and select the radio button "Check Address" and enter the new address - Payroll for North America>Employee Pay Data USA>Update Payroll Options
2. Run a payroll process for the employee in question
3. Run the the check print - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Checks>Create PDF Paychecks
