E-QR: Windows Query (Two-Tier) "Show Row Headings" Option Doesn't Display Row Numbers. (Doc ID 2873895.1)

Symptoms

Windows Query (Two-tier) does not show row headings for results even after enabling the setting "show row headings" in preferences.
 
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Run Application Designer > Go > Query
2. View > Preferences > Designer View
3. Select Result tab > [x] Show Row Headings
5. Select and run XRFWIN

Notice the Fields columns is NOT numbered as expected
