Symptoms

PSPPFUND runs to no success

When we run PSPPFUND, we get a no success error. The payroll error message is below:

Payroll error Message ID "000503" and "000557"

We expected the PSPPFUND to run to completion.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll
2. Run PSPPFUND and it indicates "No Success" (Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Distribute Actuals)
3. Verify the Payroll Error Message that will show the error (Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Provide GL Information>Payroll Error Message)
