E-QR/E-PRCS PSQUERY To XLS Missing Decimal Value When Run On Windows Process Scheduler (Doc ID 2874431.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.59 version, Query

When Scheduling a Query to run on a Windows Platform Process Scheduler, the decimal values are removed, for example a value of 24.62 will get changed to 24.00

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Log into PIA

2) Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Schedule Query

3) Run the desired query

4) Select the Windows Process Scheduler (PSNT)

5) Observe that the numeric output has the decimal point removed.

Changes

This issue is observed when an Upgrade, Migration or an Update/Change of the Operating System is performed that hosts the Process Scheduler. 

Another Cause can be the change of the user running the Process Scheduler Services
