Information in this document applies to any platform.

Some Users have encountered the system throwing Error Message (6000,1304) at the Customer Statements Run Control page when creating a new Run Control ID, or updating an existing one. Security Options have been put in place for the environment at hand, with Business Unit being determined through Permission List Level Security.

1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as a Receivables User
2.- Navigate to: Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Statements > Create Customer Statements
3.- Create a new Run Control ID
4.- Define all needed values set as criteria:
         a) Language
         b) As of Date
         c) Business Unit
         d) Set ID
         e) Open Item
         f) Balance Forward
         g) Statement Group
         h) Balance Forward Due Date
5.- Click on the Run button
6.- The system throws an Error Message, while highlighting the Business Unit field in red

" The Business Unit edit table does not match Security setup. (6000,1304)
The Security Options under Set Up Financials/Supply Chain - Security - Security Options have been changed, but they were not applied to the database. Please have an administrator reset the Security Options to their previous value, or have an administrator APPLY the changed security setup by navigating to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain - Security - Apply Security Setups and execute the Update Security Views process. "

Users are unable to launch the Customer Statements process with the desired Business Unit values, hence, delaying the Email Notifications sent to Customers with their respective Statement Reports with the outstanding Invoices on their respective Balances.

The Customer Statements Run Control ID page should accept those Business Unit values that have been defined on the Permission Lists linked to the Users, and allow them to launch the process whenever needed.
