Error Received When Trying to Counter Bid On The Line Level For New Negotiation Round: "Error Saving Component Interface {AUC_EVENT_CREATE_CI} (91,37) (18058,699)" (Doc ID 2875055.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a New Round for an event after Bid Action is set to counter on the line level of the event, the below error is received:

Steps:
1. Create a event with two lines
  Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
2. Select Bidders to invite
3. Save the event and post.
4. Create a bidder response for the above event for both the lines.
  Sourcing > Event Responses > Create Bidder Response
5. Use the Create Event Details page to finish the event.
6. Open the Analyze Events page. Click on Analyze for Line 1 and update the Bid Action to "Award" and click OK
  Menu > Sourcing > Maintain Events > Analyze Events
7. Click on Analyze for Line 2 and update the Bid Action to "Counter" and select “Create New Round" option in the list box “Go To”.
8. See the error as above.
