GP AUS:STP2 Final Flag Indicator is False In Update Event XML File (Doc ID 2875512.1)

Symptoms

• When creating updates events to terminated employees in the STP1 with the final event indicator in place the XML file produced a “false” entry on the final event indicator

• When creating updated events for current employees in the STP1 with the final event indicator in place the XML file produced a “false” entry on the final event indicator

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
------------------------------------

1. Workforce Administrator-->Job data, Terminate an employee as of Nov 2021

2. Run Payroll process, Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt--Absence and Payroll Processing--Calculate Absence and Payroll

3. Run STP Prep process,Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt-->Authority Correspondence-->STP Payroll Event Prep AUS

4. Run payroll event file, Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt-->Authority Correspondence-->STP Payroll Event File AUS

5.Check the XML,Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Single Touch Payroll AUS > STP Update Event AUS

6. Final event Indicator is “ticked” on the STP Update Event Aus page, Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Single Touch Payroll AUS > STP Update Event AUS

7. Create an update event for the employee on the last pay period for which the employee’s pay was processed in this Financial year with the Final Event indicator checked.

8. Generate XML, Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt-->Authority Correspondence-->STP Payroll Event File AUS

9. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt-->Authority Correspondence-->STP Payroll Event File AUS

10. Verify the XML
