Symptoms
When Data Privacy for Query Masking is turned on and queries have aggregate functions in them like COUNT, MAX etc., they sporadically fail to run with the below error message:
"You have insufficient access to retrieve this data. (30,15)"
Replication Steps
-----------------
1. Enable Query Masking from the navigation: Enterprise Component >> Data Privacy Framework >> Query Masking
2. Run full sync with no exclusions.
3. Create a query using VCHR_HDR_STG_EC record and select aggregate function 'Count' on the Invoice field.
4. Run the query multiple times
