Symptoms

When trying to add additional facets/filters to the Award Milestones Fluid tile getting the following error.

ERROR

No more facets are available to add.

Replication Steps
-----------------------
1. Goto Grants management - Award Milestones Fluid tile.
2. Click on options menu - update filters from the right side of the page.
3. Add a total of 11 filters and try to add one more, an error pops up.
