When run process Direct Reports Table Build (AE HR_DPRT_BLD) with Build Option "Incremental" selected, process ends with status No Success.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to environment as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Managers > Direct Reports Table Build.
3. Add a New run control value.
4. Select Build Mode =Incremental
5. Click Run link to Build Direct Reports Table (AE HR_DRPT_BLD), notice process runs to no success.
