ELM 9.2: ELM Class Enrollment Notification to Learner Does Not Display Facility And Room Information

Symptoms
ELM Class Enrollment notification to Learner does not display Facility and Room information.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up of New facility with Country Address Type - CAN (Canadian)
2. Set up of Room Detail, add Room
Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learning Resources > Facilities > {click tab} Rooms
3. Attached the Facility and Room to the Class' Session
Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Classes > {search/select} Class >{click tab} Learning Component > {click tab} Sessions
Add a new Session or update an existing Session and add the Facility and Room
4. Enroll Learner in the Class
5. Run process Enrollment Notification, AE LM_NOTIFY to send Email Notifications to Learner and notice that the notification to Learner does not contain Facility and Room in the Session Information section.
