E-WF: "Manage Delegation" Page is Missing the "Review My Delegated Authorities" Link (Doc ID 2876630.1)

The "Review My Delegated Authorities" link is missing from the "Manage Delegation" page. As a result, the proxy user cannot accept a delegation request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Component > Delegation > Administer Create Delegation.

2. Choose a user ID such as JSTOVER to Create a Delegation Request.

3. Start Date = 2/28/2022, End Date = 2/28/2022, Comment = Test JSTOVER 2/28, and click Next.

4. Click the "Add Delegate" button.

5. Choose User ID = DCROCKER, and click Done.

6. Click the Next button.

7. Select All to select both Purchase Order and Requisition, and click Next button.

8. Review Delegation Details, and click Submit.

9. The Proxy receives an email for the delegation request.

10. Open the email, click on the URL under "You can review the request, then accept or reject the request, using the link below".

11. Log in as DCROCKER.

12. Observe that the Manage Delegation page is displayed without Review My Delegated Authorities.

13. Wait for several hours. The "Review My Delegated Authorities" should now be displayed on the Manage Delegation page.
