Symptoms

 
When the Conversations Icon is clicked from the Item List page, the processing wheel just spins and nothing happens.
If a conversation Icon is present then the conversation should be displayed when clicked.

Replication Steps:

1. Goto Receivable - Customer Accounts - Account Overview - Item List.
2. Click on the conversation icon from the item list display.
