Tax Exempt Flag is Not Getting Checked for Voucher Created for Procurement Card Transaction (Doc ID 2876685.1)

Symptoms

Tax exempt Flag is not getting checked for voucher created for Procurement Card transaction even after applier 32334206.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Setup

  1. Card Profile Setup. Add new card to Cardholder. Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Cardholder Profile
  2. Load Statement Options. Check ProCard Auto-Recon options and Reconcile by header. Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > PCard Load Statement Options
  3. Card Issuer setup. Check Load Level 3 Data (Purchasing) and Bill Includes Tax (if applied). Navigation: Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > PCard Card Issuers

Steps

  1. Create a Purchase Order. Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update PO
  2. Edit Statement txt file. Replace date ‘121421’ To ‘012122’ (PO DATE) And PO id above
  3. Load ProCard Stage. Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Process Statements > Load Pcard Stage
  4. Load Statement. Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Process Statements > Load Pcard Statement
  5. Reconcile Statement. Tax Paid is checked for this transaction. Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Reconcile > Reconcile Pcard Statement
  6. Approve statement
  7. Load Voucher Stage. Navigation: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Process Statements > Load Voucher Stage
  8. Run Voucher Build. Navigation: Menu > Accounts Payables > Batch Process > Vouchers > Voucher Build
  9. Voucher created. Issue is replicated , tax exempt flag is not checked. Navigation: Menu > Accounts Payables > Vouchers > Regular Entry
