Symptoms
When adding new effective dated row on Asset Allocation page ALLOC_DEFN_PNL, receiving an error ' Data being added conflicts with existing data'.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to Asset Management - Accounting Entries - Allocate Depreciation Expenses - Asset Allocations.
2. Open any existing allocation id.
3. Add a new effective date and save.
4. Pops up an error message that Data being added conflicts with existing data.
