Symptoms
After upgrade to PeopleTools to 8.56, the below PeopleCode compilation Error Message is received when loading the main PeopleSoft Landing Homepage once logged into the Application:

The owner of Application Package AUC is SCM Strategic Sourcing module.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.56
2. Logon to PeopleSoft FSCM environment
