(Doc ID 2877253.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 21, 2023
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Payables - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Pay Cycle incorrectly is set to In Process if an invalid Process Scheduler is selected.
There are two Process Schedulers where one can run any type of process and the other is set to only run the PSQUERY app engine.
If the user picks the PSQUERY Process Scheduler, the Pay Cycle AP_APY2015 app engine will not kick off, which is correct. However, the PS_PYCYCL record is updated to In Process, rendering the Pay Cycle unusable.
