Symptoms
PAYGL02 Earnings Distribution Mismatch error
Orphan Rows in PAY_CHECK_EARNS table were identified from a previous reversal. The orphan records were processed by PSPPFUND and added orphan rows in PS_PAY_ERN_DIST table in the PAYGL02 log file.
It generated the following errors:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. PSPPUND ran successfully for all Pay Groups - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Distribute Actuals
2. Ran PAYGL02 process for all Pay Groups but out of four, three Pay Groups got processed successfully. One Pay group had an issue - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Provide GL Information>Commitment Accounting Actuals
3. Orphan Rows sitting on PAY_CHECK_EARNS and PS_PAY_ERN_DIST tables for that particular check that belongs to the Pay Group that has the issue via query
