GP UK: Leavers Showing on P45 Identification GBR Page do Not Have a P45 Generated (Doc ID 2877621.1)

Symptoms

The P45 report is issued to employees who leave employment but it can also be issued to employees for other reasons that are defined within organizations.
However, there are employees for whom the P45 report is not generated by the GPGB_PPR_P45. The data appears on the P45 Identification Result GBR page and should generate the P45 from the GPGB_PPR_P45.

Steps to replicate the issue: 

Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Termination Processing > P45 Identification GBR > P45 Identification GBR
1. Select the employees to be processed by the P45 Identification process.
2. Run the P45 Identification process to identify employees who are due to receive a P45
3. View the results of running the P45 Identification process.

Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Reports > Generate P45 Report GBR > P45
4. Check that all the employees identified in step 3 have a P45 generated. 

Note: For some of the employees the P45 report is not generated.
