Symptoms

Contract Search Page on Fluid Requisition Line times out and does not display results.



STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------

 

1. Navigation eProcurement > Create Requisitions

2. Select the Special Request option and enter the values in the required fields.

3. Then click the Add button and the Shopping Cart icon to view the information.

4. Click the Checkout button.

5. From Checkout page click the View Details icon >.

6. Under the Contract Information section, click the Contract Search icon.

The system just spins and the page times out because we have over 9,000 contracts in our environments.

 

When clicking the Contract Search icon on the fluid requisition line details page, the system just spins and the page times out because there are over 9,000 contracts recorded.
