Symptoms
Time sheet left panel does not remain collapsed when timesheet has been submitted
Steps to replicate the issue :

1. Manager Self Service Dashboard > Select Team Time Tile > Enter Time > Select Employee
2. Click collapse button in left panel
3. Enter Time
4. Submit Timesheet
