System Allows Cascading Delegation Requests In Certain Cases - Worklists Not Rerouted Back To Source (Doc ID 2877756.1)

Symptoms

When using classic delegation , system allows cascading delegation requests in certain cases and worklists not rerouted back to source.


Steps to reproduce the issue :
--------------------------------
1. Approver 1 delegated payable time transaction to Approver 3
   Navigation for delegation: Manager Self service > Delegation Tile > Create Delegation
2. Login as Approver 3 ,  do not accept delegation transaction yet . Approver 3 delegates payable time transaction to Approver 4
3. Issue 1 – since Approver 3 has pending delegation transaction from another Approver , it is not supposed to allow delegate payable time transaction again to Approver 4
4. Login as Approver 3 and accept delegation request. Approver 1 Payable time transactions moved to Approver 3
5. Login with Approver 4 and accept , Approver 1 , Approver 3 payable time transactions moved to Approver 4
6. Ran delegate authorities process after delegation period ends
7. Approver 1 Approval tile , did not get Payable time transactions back to user , Login as Approver 2 - did not get transactions back to user
8. Issue 2 : Delegated transactions are not moved back to Approvers after the delegation period ends , running maintain delegated authorities process
    Navigation : Enterprise components > Delegation > Maintain Delegated Authorities
