EBI 9.2: Reprint Invoices Bills To Be Processed Displays As Eligible Invoices Whose Items Have Been Transferred to Different Customers, Even if ‘Include Open Items Only’ Is Selected

The Reprint Invoices functionality in Billing module has the option to 'Include Open Item Only', however, when selecting the range by Customer ID, the system would still be considering as eligible those Invoices whose Items in Accounts Receivable module have been transferred from the original Customer ID value to other Customer Accounts.
1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as a Financials User
2.- Proceed to create a new Invoice in Billing under Business Unit US001, and Customer ID 1000
3.- Set the new Invoice in Status RDY (Ready)
4.- Proceed to process this new Invoice through the Single Action Invoice job (BIJOB03 PSJob)
5.- Confirm the Invoice has generated a new External Pending Item Group in Post Action Batch Standard
6.- Launch AR Update with the options of Pending Items and Business Unit US001
7.- Confirm that the Invoice has been successfully posted against Customer ID 1000's Account
8.- Create a new Transfer Worksheet, and transfer the Item from Customer ID 1000 to Customer ID 1005, and set the Post Action to Batch Standard
9.- Launch AR Update with the options of Transfers, and Business Unit US001
10.- Confirm that the Item has been now removed from the Customer Account on 1000, and is present and open under Customer ID 1005
11.- Go to the Reprint Invoices Run Control ID page, and select the following settings:
a) Include Open Items Only = Y
b) Select Range = Customer
c) Business Unit = US001
d) Customer ID = 1000
12.- Click on the 'Bills To Be Processed' icon
13.- On the 'Bills To Be Processed' pop up window, confirm that the Invoice transferred to Customer ID 1005 is displayed as eligible

The system is reprinting Invoices that are no longer open under their original Customer, confusing Users, and un-necessarily re-printing those transactions.
Those Invoices whose Items have been successfully transferred to other Customer's Accounts should no longer be considered for processing when trying to reprint by original Customer ID.
