E-QR/E-PIA: Download Grid to Excel or Run to Excel on Query Manager Causing Signout Issue in LINUX Even for Small Number of Rows Data in PT 8.59 (Doc ID 2878157.1)

Symptoms

PS Query - Run to Excel PIA causing Sign-Out issue

Navigating to "Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager", Search for query, then click on Excel. User get Sign-Out.

Same issue is seen on Download Grid to Excel as well

Example: Navigate to Main Menu > Peopletools > Security > User Profile > User Profiles > Search for any user like PS > Click on Roles tab and try to download grid to excel. It cause user Sign Out

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager"
2.Access the query and click on excel
3. User Sign-Out occur

NOTE: Issue is specific to Linux (Not for Solaris. For Solaris Development team is working on bug#34086216). This issue is seen in PT 8.59 and higher instance only.
