"No matching values were found." Message Displays after Clicking Search for a Specific EMPLID and Aid Year, on Any Financial Aid Component, Such as Assign Awards to Student (Award Entry) and Maintain Student FA Term (Financial Aid Term) (Doc ID 2878600.1)

When attempting to access a particular student's record for an aid year,  on any Financial Aid component - such as Assign Awards to Student or Maintain Student FA Term - the page displays the message "No matching values were found." after clicking the Search button. 

The issue will likely be specific to one emplid and aid year combination, while records for other students and aid years are able to accessed normally on the same components.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to any Financial Aid component, such as Financial Aid > Financial Aid Term > Maintain Student FA Term.
2. Enter Emplid, Institution, and Aid Year.
3. Note the message displayed saying ""No matching values were found."
