Symptoms

 
When uploading payments using the ExcelUploadforDeposits spreadsheet, the customer name, and Remit information does not populate on the Deposit or Payment worksheet page.
 
Replication Steps:
-----------------------
 
1: Populate datasheet including customer business unit and customer id in an ExcelUploadforDeposits spread and upload.
2: Run the Excel Payment Upload process- Edit check, Menu > Accounts Receivable > Payments > Excel Edit Request.
3: Run Process Payment Interface for Upload from Excel, Menu > Accounts Receivable > Payments > Process Payment Interface.
4: Review Online DepositMenu > Accounts Receivable > Payments > Online Payments > Regular Deposit, See the Remit from Customer name is not populated.
