Symptoms

Cybersource: PeopleSoft Logout After submit Credit Card Information 
Using Cybersource Secure Acceptance. Hosted page is coming and it is possible to enter the credit card information. After submitting credit card information the system logout from the PeopleSoft application.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create Sales order with one or two lines. Navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Create or Update Sales Order
  2. Change the Payment Method to Credit Card and click on the enter credit card info
  3. Click on the link Add Credit Card link
  4. Enter test visa card 4111111111111111, year ,month and CVS code
  5. Hit Finish button. Once click on Finish button it is supposed to take to Order entry page but it is taking to logout page
