Symptoms
From Scheduled Search Index for full index build HC_HR_APPLICANT for the first time, run Application Engine PTSF_GENFEED and receive No Success with an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log in as an Administrator
2) Navigate to Peopletools > Search Framework >Administration >Schedule Search Index
3) add run control for index HC_HR_APPLICANT with Full index checked and based language checked.
4) Run process Application Engine PTSF_GENFEED and process ends with No Success with error message.
