E-FLUID: Tablespace Utilities are No Longer Available After Upgrading (Doc ID 2879840.1)

Symptoms

Using PT 8.59 version, Security- The Tablespace Utilities page is no longer present after upgrading to PT 8.59.

Using the PeopleSoft Administrator Role after upgrading to PT 8.59 the Tablespace Utility is not present.  Why can't this page be seen with the PeopleSoft Administrator Role?

PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Tablespace Utilities



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to PT 8.59
2. Tablespace Utilities is missing
