E-PORTAL: Upon Logging In Pagelets Show Error Getting Content From Content Provider (Doc ID 2879855.1)

Symptoms

Using PT 8.58 version, Portal Technology - Error getting Content from content provider:

Having issues with the portal pagelets retrieving information from content provider. Both local and remote nodes ping to success , other deep links work fine.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to 8.58
2. Pagelets not getting content from provider

Servlet Log Files show the following errors:

"Error Message: Unable to signon to server.: Please contact your System Administrator. Requested URL:"

"is an Invalid User ID, or you typed the wrong password. User ID and Password are required and case-sensitive. Make sure you're typing in the correct upper and lower case."
