E-AWE: Fluid Approvals Prompts for Additional Approver Comments when Users Click the Approve Button (Doc ID 2880072.1)

Symptoms

When users go to the Fluid Approvals page and try to approve any pending Approval, the systems pops up or displays a Comments or dialog box and then there is the Submit button.  There is already an Approval Comment box on the page and when users click the approve button, the system asks for comment again. This is forcing the user to have 2 clicks to finally do an approval. The users feel the additional Comments box is redundant.

Steps to replicate the issue:
---------------

1) Login as any Approver
2) Click the Approvals Tile
3) Select any approval from the queue.
4) Enter the Comments on the Approval Comments field.
5) Click Approve

Now the system give a pop up a dialog box with the same Comment that's already entered in the prior Approver Comment field.

6) Click OK and then the user is able to finally submit the approval.
