Symptoms
When login in supplier portal under French language and user system profile is defined in French, the fields displayed in View Events and Place Bids (AUC_RESP_INQ_AUC) page should be in French and not in English.
Setup and Replication Steps

1. Login in French with a user that has French language defined in My System Profile:
My preferred language for PIA web pages = French
My preferred language for reports and email = French
3. Open page « Consulter événement/déposer offre » / View Events and Place Bids (AUC_RESP_INQ_AUC) page
Navigation : Gérer évén. et placer offres > Consulter événement/déposer offre
It can be notice:
(1) the welcome text is in English instead of French

The issue is in page AUC_RESP_INQ_AUC for fields BID_PGTITLE_NAME and BID_PGTITLE_USER.
(2) in the <Search Results> grid, there are two column labels, Format and Type, displayed in English instead of French
The issue is under record PS_RESP_INQA1_WK for fields AUC_FORMAT_BIDBER and AUC_TYPE.
