Symptoms
When login in supplier portal under French language and user system profile is defined in French, the bid confirmation page title, PS_AUC_RESP_BID_CONF.AUC_PAGE_HDR_LBL, should be displayed in French and not in English.
The title of offer submitted by supplier appears 'Bid Confirmation' instead of 'Confirmation Offre'.
Setup and Replication Steps

1. Login in French with a user that has French language defined in My System Profile:
My preferred language for PIA web pages is = French
My preferred language for reports and email is = French
2. Go to Supplier portal to submit an offer
Navigation Gérer évén. et placer offres \ Consulter événements/déposer offres
When the supplier submits an offer, the confirmation message is in English instead of French.
When a supplier submits an offer (after having clicked on the button « submit »), the following page appears 'Bid Confirmation' instead of 'Confirmation Offre'.
Issue is in AUC_RESP_BID_CONF page, field AUC_PAGE_HDR_LBL.
