Symptoms
On Requisition Inquiry page, the names of the fields are not correctly aligned.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Check the Requisition Inquiry page, in Purchasing>Requisitions>Review Requisition Information>Requisitions and see there are alignment issues on all the names of the fields.
