Symptoms
MCF Email Sample Pages Test returns the wrong Message Count, and shows 'Email count on mail server = 10', even when the actual mailbox for the account is empty.

MS ADFS (Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services)
To reproduce the issue:
1. Retrieve the access token by navigating to PeopleTools > Security > OAuth2 Administration > Authorized User.
2. Once the token is retrieved, navigate to PeopleTools > MCF > Email > Sample Pages.
3. Choose Message Count and click the Fetch button.
4. The result is an incorrect count.
