Symptoms
Default value is overwritten when effective date is selected in Smart HR template profile data
Steps:
--------
1. Setup Smart HR template
Setup hcm > Product related > Workforce administration > Smart HR Template > Template creation
2. Configured JPM_SCHOOL_EDUC Section configuration – Education Type default value set to HS
3. Default value set for Education Type HS is visible in Smart hr transaction
Workforce administration > Smart HR Template > Smart hr transactions
4. Add Effective date and see the default value HS is wiped out.
It happens to all profile items that has effective dates. We have custom profile items and they behave the same way.
