Applied FSCM PUM 43 and received error for PS_CS_DOC_ADHH_SVW


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CA job to apply FSCM PUM 43 to target env
2. Get to step Re-Indexing of EP_GL_JOURNAL_KIB
3. Observe error
