Symptoms

After the applicant is referred by the employee, the referral is approved, and after Process Referral Programs successfully runs, from Service Operations Monitor, Service Operation PAYMENT_ERECRUIT_REQUEST message not published

,


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

1.  Ensure the following three (3) Service Operations below are setup completely and active as well as the related Service Operation Queues are active:  

     Navigation:  Peopletools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Service Definitions

     a.  PAYMENT_ERECRUIT_REQUEST
     b.  PAYMENT_ERECRUIT_ACKNOWLEDGE
     c.  PAYMENT_ERECRUIT_ISSUED

2.  Review the attached related article <Document 1333915.1> How to Setup Employee Referral Process (ERP) in Recruiting. 

     And perform the required steps as documented.
