HCM: When Run Process HR Data to Fusion (AE FT_EXTRACT), Process Ends with Status No Success with No Active Value Map Definition Could be Found Using the Name Specified. (18028,2101) (Doc ID 2881379.1)

When run process HR Data to Fusion (AE FT_EXTRACT) using run control parameters "Transformation Process Location" and "Full Data Publish", process ends with status no success because of an error message seen in the Application log trace file. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Collective Processes > Fusion Integration > Talent/Workforce Compensation > Send HR Data to Fusion
3. Add run control with required parameters and checking checkbox Process Frequency Once, Full data Publish, and Transformation Processes Location.
4. Then, click run Application Engine FT_EXTRACT. Notice in the Process Scheduler Monitor, Application Engine FT_EXTRACT received an error message and ends in status No Success.
