EEX 9.2: Inactivated Department ID is Not Validated When Time Report is Copied from Previous Time Report (Doc ID 2881453.1)

Symptoms

Time Report doesn't validate inactive Dept ID copied from previous Time Reports in fluid as well as in classic

Steps:
1. Create and Submit a Time Report for an old time period with DeptID other than the default from User Profile.
     Navigation (Classic) : Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Time Reports > View
     Navigation (Fluid) : Fluid Home > Employee Self Service > Time Report(tile)
2. Inactivate the DeptID with an effective date that is after the creation date of Time Report but before the current date.
     Navigation : Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Define Values > Define ChartField Value -Department
3. Now Create a new Time Report for a time period after the inactive effective date of DeptID by copying the old Time Report and try to submit it.
