When attempting to click Run Search/Match/Post on Prospect/Admissions Data Mgmt's Constituent Staging,  Test Score component not getting posted to Test Results page due to the following error:

Error Message:
Test Score Component - TEST_COMPONENT(SCC_STG_TESTCMP.TEST_COMPONENT) Invalid value - Check and try again

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run File Parser to load SAT test scores via Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > File Parser > Run File Parser.
2. Navigate to Student Recruiting > Prospect/Admissions Data Mgmt > Constituent Staging, search and open a row that was just loaded.
3. Click Run Search/Match/Post - error is returned.
